The 2023 MotoGP season may have ended this Saturday for Miguel Oliveira. The first lap crash in the Sprint race of the Qatar GP left him with a fracture in his right shoulder blade.
The diagnosis was made at the medical center of the Losail circuit. Now, the CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team rider has been referred to a hospital for further examinations.
Declared unfit, Oliveira will miss the main race in Qatar. Considering the type of injury, it is likely that he will not return to action this season, as the Valencia GP is already next week. However, there is no official indication as to whether the rider will indeed miss the final round of the year.
