Jorge Martín is fighting for the MotoGP title with just four rounds to go in the season – despite being in the Pramac satellite team facing Francesco Bagnaia from the Ducati factory team.
Cristian Gabarrini, chief mechanic of the Italian, told La Gazzetta dello Sport that nothing takes away from Martín’s good performance, but the Spanish rider has some benefits being in Pramac with the level of support he receives:
– It’s easy to be in an official team dressed as a satellite team and have all the benefits of the internal team without the negative sides, pressure first and foremost. Martín, whatever happens, will have done well. But Pramac is a factory team.
