CFMOTO continues to expand its presence in the sportbike segment, now preparing the launch of the 750SS, as images from an type-approval in China have surfaced.
According to CycleWorld, the bike is codenamed 472MV and is expected to feature a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 749cc, possibly delivering up to 110 hp – based on documented data.
The bike weighs 213 kg and is equipped with 17-inch wheels, a dual-channel Continental MK 100 ABS system, radial Brembo brake calipers, and an inverted fork for the front suspension. It also features a single-sided swingarm.
In terms of design, the front headlight and mirrors appear to be inspired by the 675SS, while the seat and fuel tank resemble those of the 500 SR. The fairing includes dual front-mounted wings.
While the release date for the CFMOTO 750SS has not been confirmed, CycleWorld.com suggests its production-ready appearance hints that the launch may not be far off.
