Unlike several manufacturers, CFMOTO has yet to introduce any electric motorcycles to the European and Western markets, although it already has its own electric brand in Asia.
In an interview with InMoto.it, Luca Paletti, press manager at Padana Sviluppo, was asked about the manufacturer’s stance on electric motorcycles. He replied: ‘CFMOTO has its own electric brand, Zeeho, and currently offers a range of scooters sold in some Asian markets’.
The Italian explained that CFMOTO is closely monitoring the market and the future of electric mobility, pointing out that demand in Europe remains relatively low at the moment:
– Like all manufacturers, CFMOTO is also waiting for a real market demand, which is currently very low in the major European markets. We will see how the world evolves and, consequently, how the legislation for electric vehicles develops.
