CFMOTO is making a strong bet for 2024 by closing a deal with one of the best teams in the MotoGP paddock: the Aspar Team.
The Spanish team, which since its debut with the Pierer Mobility group in 2018, has achieved 26 victories, 58 podiums, and two world titles in Moto3, will compete in all circuits of the World Championship with the sole objective: to make CFMOTO reach the top of the podium in the two classes they will compete in, Moto2 and Moto3.
To achieve these goals, the team has kept the Moto2 riders from the previous season, Jake Dixon and Izan Guevar, proving the saying “you don’t change a winning team.” In Moto3, the riders David Alonso and Joel Esteban will fight for podium positions. Jorge Martínez “Aspar”: “In 2024, we want to fight for the title in Moto3 and Moto2, and achieving it with CFMOTO is an additional incentive. We are very happy to have the support of CFMOTO and we will fight to make them proud, offering many victories throughout this season.”
Su Zhen, CFMOTO Racing Development Manager, stated that:
“The collaboration with the Aspar Team will help CFMOTO Racing take another step. We believe that more victories and podiums will come as a result of this collaboration. The 2024 season is just the beginning with the Aspar team, and we will seek further cooperation opportunities that go beyond the paddock.”
