Brad Binder is growing in MotoGP and managed to finish last year’s MotoGP championship in fourth position on the overall standings. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider admitted, however, that it was a year with more mistakes than usual, both in terms of crashes and missed opportunities to achieve better results. But he sees 2024 as a year of redemption and growth.
During the KTM presentation yesterday, the South African rider talked about some of the things that didn’t go well last year, even though it was a highly positive year overall: ‘Last year was very good for us. We had many good days, fought for the podium in most weekends, but I also made many mistakes: I crashed much more than usual and missed many opportunities.’
His performance showed him that he is on the right path towards his desires, with Binder admitting that he wants to see how 2024 will be, a year in which he can grow, he guarantees:
– Looking ahead, I’m very excited to see how we manage the season and with the experience from last year, I believe we now know that we are in a more competitive window and I think there is room for us to be even stronger this season.
