The BP Ultimate Rally-Raid Portugal has come to an end with Tosha Schareina finishing as the winner, on a day where the Portuguese stood out.
In a race counting towards the World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC), the Monster Energy Honda Team rider was the highlight of the event, finishing with a lead of 4m38s over Portuguese-German Sebastian Bühler (Hero), who achieved his best individual result ever in the competition.
Bruno Santos (Husqvarna) also performed well, completing the overall podium and winning the Rally2 category. António Maio (Yamaha) won a stage and finished in fourth place.
Regarding the day’s classification, the winner was Adrien Van Beveren (Monster Energy Honda), with Schareina coming in second 15s behind his teammate, and Bühler in third place.
This was Schareina’s second victory in Rally-Raids and his first in the W2RC.
