The one millionth BMW GS with a boxer engine is indeed a R 1250 GS in Triple Black Style and was celebrated yesterday, June 21, 2023, during a factory meeting at the BMW Motorrad factory in Berlin – Spandau.
The celebrations of the 100th anniversary of BMW Motorrad are proceeding at a good pace and, after the big BMW Motorrad Days party, where the presence of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the world is expected from July 7 to 9, 2023, the BMW Motorrad Welt will officially open its doors on September 28. In the new “heart of the brand” – located directly next to the BMW Motorrad factory in Berlin – Spandau – the highly anticipated new BMW R 1300 GS will be presented at an exclusive opening event. Interested fans will have the opportunity to follow the opening ceremony through live broadcast on the social media channels of the BMW Group and BMW Motorrad. From September 30, 2023, the BMW Motorrad Welt in Berlin will be open to all visitors.
