Toprak Razgatlioglu is at a crucial moment in deciding his future – whether to stay in the Superbike World Championship or move to MotoGP, where there is significant interest.

His manager, Kenan Sofuoglu, recently said there are two projects on the table to move to the premier class that excite the Turkish rider. And it’s well known that he dreams of trying his luck in MotoGP.

On the other hand, there is the comfort of WSBK – where Razgatlioglu is proven to be competitive, already has two titles, is one of the grid’s standout names, and is well integrated at ROKiT BMW with the M 1000 RR. But there is also interest from other manufacturers.

The possibility of BMW losing their rider is real at the moment, but they don’t want to let that happen – at least not without putting up a strong fight to stop it.
According to GPOne.com, the German manufacturer may be willing to make a €4 million offer to Razgatlioglu – a rumour that has circulated around the paddock during the last two rounds in Portimão and Assen.

This would be an unprecedented salary for WSBK, and even higher than that of many MotoGP riders. However, for the double Superbike champion, the main issue doesn’t appear to be money, but rather his desire to pursue new challenges and remain competitive.
