The 2024 season is about to begin and Augusto Fernández does not feel 100 percent confident, as he did not have an easy time in the pre-season tests.
This will be the second year for the now Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 rider, who recalled some of the difficulties he faced, while also expressing satisfaction with the start of this championship:
– After a long winter and all the pre-season tests done, I am very happy to finally be on our way to the first race week of the year and back to serious racing! The winter tests didn’t go as well as we had hoped, as I faced many difficulties. However, I have faith in all the work we have done, we understand the new bike and know where we need to improve to be competitive again. Recovering the same feeling from the end of 2023 is our goal for this first round, I hope we can be at a similar level and build from there.
