One of the new Factory versions from Aprilia for 2025 is the updated Tuono 660 Factory, a more dynamic, aggressive, and sporty variant of the Noale-based brand’s sport naked motorcycle.
The 660cc parallel-twin engine has been refined, now delivering 105 hp while complying with Euro 5+ standards. There is also a compact, restricted version with 35 kW of power, suitable for riders with an A2 license. The weight/power ratio is improved, with the bike weighing in at just 181 kg.
The frame features a double-beam design, and the suspension is top-notch Öhlins hardware: a NIX 30 front fork and an STX 46 rear shock, both offering adjustments for rebound, compression, and spring preload. Up front, there are twin Brembo brake discs with four-piston radial calipers, while the rear features a Brembo disc with a two-piston radial caliper. Both wheels measure 17 inches.
Electronics are abundant in the Tuono 660 Factory, equipped with Aprilia’s APRC systems. It includes ride-by-wire throttle, a six-axis inertial platform, Aprila Launch Control (ALC), adjustable traction control Aprilia Traction Control (ATC), Aprilia Cruise Control (ACC), Aprilia Quick Shift (AQS), Aprilia Engine Brake (AEB), Aprilia Engine Map (AEM), and ABS Cornering.
The innovative fairing integrates aerodynamic functionality, with airflow channeled between the dual walls to enhance high-speed stability and rider comfort by deflecting air currents. Aesthetically, it underscores the bike’s sporty character.
An optional single-seat tail section can replace the passenger seat, transforming the Tuono 660 Factory into a rider-only motorcycle with reduced weight. The bike also features a 5-inch color TFT dashboard and new illuminated handlebar controls for enhanced usability.
