The Portuguese brand AJP in recent years has caught the attention of rally raid enthusiasts with the PR7, which arrives at EICMA 2023 with an update that mainly concerns the graphics and riding position with changes in the footrests. All the characteristics that make it a unique product for those looking for a single-cylinder for this type of specialty and with completely European components are confirmed: from the Sachs suspension to the Brembo brakes, from the Dakar-style fairing to the single-cylinder 650 engine derived from Husqvarna. The only concession to Asian manufacturers is the Samsung tablet used as instrumentation.
For 2024, however, there is another novelty added: the Gold Edition. It can be immediately recognized by the Ohlins suspension with gold anodized coatings, as well as the wheels. The exclusive exhaust and seat, as well as the color scheme. It will be offered in a limited number of pieces that has not yet been defined, so there is still time to get one!
The price of the Golden Edition will be less than €15,000, about €3,000 more than the standard PR7.
