The MotoGP rider market has not seen any transfers for 2025 yet, but rumors are circulating. Now, they involve Jack Miller and Repsol Honda, with a possible move by the Australian.
Coming to the end of his contract with Red Bull KTM, the rider’s future is uncertain. It is a coveted position, especially by rookie Pedro Acosta who is showing a good level in his debut year with the Red Bull GasGas Tech3 satellite team. And, to make matters worse, Miller’s results are far from meeting expectations.
According to the MotoSprint website, Joan Mir’s departure is seen as very likely, as his contract expires at the end of this season. And, for his replacement, Miller could be the ideal candidate considering his extensive knowledge of Ducati and KTM bikes – two of the strongest manufacturers currently.
With Honda needing to urgently develop the RC213V to return to success, Miller’s arrival could be a real asset. The Australian even knows the Japanese manufacturer, having ridden for the LCR Honda and Marc VDS satellite teams between 2015 and 2016… even achieving a victory.
