Acerbis has announced the acquisition of Bagster, bringing together two of the largest European companies in motorcycle and rider equipment.
The portfolios of both brands are complementary, and they are now combining their know-how to develop future products, increasing the competitiveness of both – making this a key step in their international expansion strategy.
Acerbis aims to integrate Bagster into its commercial and distribution system, entering the seat sector to expand the range of products available. The deal is set to be finalized by the end of April.
