Pedro Acosta was the fastest of the KTM RC16 riders in the MotoGP tests in Sepang, showing consistency throughout the week in Malaysia. Despite being a rookie, he already leaves a good impression and also feels that he is fast.
The Spanish rider from Red Bull GasGas Tech3 told the press that he currently places himself second in the KTM hierarchy behind Brad Binder – who was seventh in the tests:
– Binder will be there. He was fast, made some mistakes. But anyway, I put myself in second place now because he was fast, the pace is good. On Wednesday he did 1m58.3s or 1m58.4s, something like that. So he is the number one in KTM at the moment.
