Cape Town, South Africa, November 2, 2023, Leatt Corporation – the leading developer and marketer of head-to-toe protective gear for Moto, MTB and a wide range of extreme and high-speed sports, has announced the launch of its new ADV gear range – a milestone for the South African brand that started with just a single innovative product – the Neck Brace in 2004
The range is designed for motorcycle enthusiasts who respond to the call of adventure, regardless of the conditions or terrain. The ADV line is made up of three product ranges, the flagship product being Multi Tour gear, with clothing for all seasons and all weather conditions. Then there’s Flow Tour gear, perfect for warmer climates, and Dri Tour, essential gear for rainy weather conditions. All the ranges include removable layers, either thermal or waterproof – or both. The ADV range is as adaptable as the elements themselves. An adventure range wouldn’t be complete without exceptional footwear.
ADV HydraDri® boots feature Leatt’s exclusive HydraDri® Evo membrane and are designed for comfort and safety. Their versatility makes them ideal for those long exploration trips. The gloves in the ADV range are available in a standard fit above the wrist or a shorter alternative. In the full range, you can find all-weather and all-season options with HydraDri® membranes or X-Flow mesh uppers. Naturally, Leatt has left its distinctive mark here too, incorporating its NanoGrip palms, with CE-certified leather, as well as the brand’s super-light and flexible Reaflex™ gel knuckle protection. Every product in the ADV clothing range has Leatt 3DF impact protection and boasts class AA certification and, in most cases, CE level 2 protection, ensuring that rider safety is total and uncompromising.
It’s no surprise that thrill-seeking Leatt is offering a range of products to adventure riders. The South African protection and clothing brand began its product line with just a neck protector before moving on to provide a wide range of protection products. This led to the creation of the Leatt Moto and MTB lines, complete head-to-toe ranges that cater for two-wheeled riders all over the world. Next year, the brand will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
At the Leatt Laboratory, a testing facility located at Leatt’s headquarters in Cape Town, products are subjected to a rigorous series of impact simulations to ensure their durability. Detailed product development has been a major focus ever since Leatt made the first neck protector, a testament to its leadership and standard within the industry
