Gino Borsoi in statements for the Motorsport podcast “Por Orejas”, talked about the state of Prima Pramac Racing in MotoGP. The Ducati satellite team has not yet defined who will be their rider next year, with Fermín Aldeguer being one of the two riders in 2025. It is also worth noting that Pramac has not revealed whether they will continue with Ducati bikes, as their contract with the Italian manufacturer ends at the end of the season.
Borsoi began talking about his arrival at Prima Pramac Racing: ‘I think I was lucky once again, I arrived at the perfect moment when a team that was already working very well had an explosion of the great star that is Jorge. Pramac has Jorge, who is the best rider or one of the best riders on the grid, talking about 2024. Jorge has a great team behind him and let’s not forget the great support from Ducati, which did absolutely nothing against us last year.’
He also added how the factory Ducati respected his team, even while competing in the championship.
– They let us compete in the World Championship until the last corner. This year they continue to show that they are giving us all the material and support we need so that Jorge and the Pramac team can be there fighting for a dream, which is to lead the standings and we are doing it. Hopefully the end of this year will be different from last year. Even so, we have to be satisfied with what we are doing and live day by day. It is not always that a team can think of having all these elements in the same sphere and achieve good results. The team is obviously behind the great results.
