The annual Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) will take place in over 950 cities in more than 100 countries next weekend, with over 70,000 motorcyclists already registered to participate.
Founded in Sydney, Australia, in 2012, by Mark Hawwa, the event encourages vintage and retro motorcycle enthusiasts from around the world to “dress dapper” and join a group ride near them – all while raising money for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health charity initiatives from Movember.
In addition to fundraising, the Hinckley factory will also be offering a Triumph Thruxton Final Edition café racer worth €17,547.63 to this year’s top fundraiser worldwide – a motorcycle that will be produced until 2024 only to mark the end of the model in the brand’s lineup.
