The AMA Supercross 450 round this weekend, the last of the championship season, will be in the books, and certainly in Jett Lawrence’s memory for a long time, as the rookie became champion.
All the Honda rider needed to do was stay safe until the end and score a few points to take the title, and that’s exactly what he did, while Chase Sexton, former champion in 2023, managed to win dominantly, almost seeming like a symbolic way to “hand over” the title and bid farewell to what he did last year.
