Fabio Di Giannantonio is still eager to show his best version in 2024, just as he did at the end of 2023, and the French MotoGP GP could be the place to do it, as he reveals he can race with ‘the strongest guys’.
The French track already had a bittersweet taste in DiGia’s mouth, as he explained: ‘Le Mans is a fantastic track, I really like it. In Moto3 I almost won a race [in 2018, DiGia crossed the finish line first, but was penalized for cutting the first chicane earlier, thus finishing in fourth place], but overall I have always been quite strong here’.
Still, this has become a track where he feels better with each round and is confident that he can have a good performance, even among the most competitive:
– Last year I already had less difficulty than in other weekends and this year, considering all the work we are doing with the team and the feelings from the last tests, we can be among the strongest. See you on the track on Friday morning!
