Miguel Oliveira finished the MotoGP Spanish GP warm-up in tenth position. The Trackhouse Racing rider completed only two valid laps this morning in Jerez.
Without the times meaning anything, it is a session to fine-tune the last details before this afternoon’s race, so the stopwatch is not usually the main concern for the riders and teams.
Going out on track with a soft front tire and a medium rear tire, Oliveira completed only a sequence of laps in the ten-minute warm-up. He did four laps, but two of them were canceled.
In the best lap, the Portuguese rider clocked a time of 1m38.474s, which earned him the final tenth place 0.531s behind the leader, Álex Márquez (Gresini/Ducati). Like the others, Oliveira had the session slightly shortened when, less than a minute from the end, a red flag was shown due to the spectacular crash of Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM).
