The canvas bag, equipped with a system similar to the military spring system, is tailor-made to fit the Vario Top Case lid, to which it attaches through the fixing rings with four velcro straps.
It offers nine liters of space in the main compartment and is lined with durable and long-lasting CORDURA TrueLock fabric. Its padding is rigid and securely protects the contents, preventing any deformation even at high speeds. The contrasting blue interior lining ensures great visibility of the internal objects, while the zippers are, as usual, water-resistant and easy to grip.
The new CORDURA TrueLock fabric is made with durable multifilament nylon 6.6 fibers manufactured by an extrusion process. In this continuous process, the color essentially “sticks” to the fiber.
This fact makes any subsequent coloring and washing processes absolutely superfluous. The process developed by INVISTA (inventor of the CORDURA material) for the production of CORDURA TrueLock allows saving resources, using less water and energy, while increasing resistance and stiffness. This fabric resists wear, UV rays, and maintains its color over the years.
