Fabio Di Giannantonio had a decent performance at the Qatar GP in one of the races, finishing seventh on Sunday, but didn’t do as well in the Sprint, retiring from the race two laps after its start. Now, in Portugal, the rider is more confident and aims to finish among the top five.
‘The weekend in Qatar was overall positive. We had some issues, but that didn’t stop us from being fast and competitive. We will continue to work hard with the team here in Portimão, a beautiful and wonderful track’, he began by saying, before revealing his goals for the Portuguese GP:
– A real rollercoaster, very demanding also from a physical point of view. We don’t have to rush, we are doing well, we have to keep growing, the Top 5 can be a goal.
