Second round of the season, second triumph for Toni Bou in the X-Trial. This Friday night, the Repsol Honda rider was the winner in Chalon-sur-Saône (France).
Since the first round, the Spaniard led: he only accumulated one penalty point, in addition to being the fastest by far. In the second round, he did not penalize and continued to lead, although he was not the fastest, and thus finished the first two rounds in first place with only one point – against the ten of Jaime Busto (GasGas).
In the final, where Gabriel Marcelli (Repsol Honda Team/Montesa) was also present, Busto accumulated seven penalty points, but it was more than enough to win: Marcelli finished second with 17 points, while Busto finished third with 22 penalty points.
With the victory in this round held in France, Bou leads the championship with the maximum possible score at this time – 44 points. Marcelli is second with 27 points, as many as Busto.
