Jorge Martín and Pramac Racing are a little closer to the MotoGP independent team titles with the podium at the Catalunya GP.
The Spaniard now has a 21-point advantage over Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team/Ducati) and has opened up a 69-point lead over teammate Johann Zarco. Luca Marini (Mooney VR46 Racing Team/Ducati) is the last one within 100 points of the lead. As for Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team/Aprilia), he moved up to seventh place, just three points off the top six.
As the overall leader, Pramac Racing is also at the top of the independent team championship. They have extended their lead over Mooney VR46 Racing Team to 37 points, while Gresini Racing is the third independent team, 206 points behind the front.
