The MotoGP grid for the next season is almost fully aligned. After the announcements of Franco Morbidelli at Prima Pramac and Takaaki Nakagami at LCR Honda, there are only two vacancies (officially).
At Gresini Racing, Álex Márquez still doesn’t know who his teammate will be. In recent weeks, there has been speculation about a possible surprising arrival of Marc Márquez, but so far it’s just rumors.
As for GasGas Tech3, Pol Espargaró has a contract until 2024 and Augusto Fernández has also told the press that they have guaranteed his stay. However, there has been no announcement and doubts remain about the placement of Pedro Acosta.
So far, the changes have been: Álex Rins leaving LCR Honda for Monster Energy Yamaha; Morbidelli leaving Yamaha to join Prima Pramac; and Johann Zarco leaving the Italian team to represent LCR Honda.
