Jorge Martin is the man of the moment in MotoGP and the highlight still remains on him even though he lost the championship lead. The rider crashed while leading the race in Mandalika and saw Francesco Bagnaia win but that does not diminish the value of the rider who, according to Gino Borsoi, is the best at the moment in the class.
The Team Manager of Prima Pramac spoke about him to GPOne and did not hesitate to praise him: ‘Jorge is doing an excellent job, but also the team, which has not made a single mistake throughout the season. This great professionalism, combined with Jorge’s potential, is proving that he is probably the strongest rider on track at the moment’.
According to Borsoi, the Spaniard has a strength that no one else seems to have at the moment and that leads him to take risks even when it is not necessary:
– I think the racing vision is his strong point right now. He has the conviction that he can win even when he doesn’t need to and even took risks when overtaking [Maverick] Viñales and [Luca] Marini that may not have been necessary, but when everything works, it’s also good to try. He had the opportunity to gain some important points in relation to Pecco and Bezzecchi and did so without making mistakes.
