When Marc Márquez’s place at Repsol Honda remains unfilled for the 2024 MotoGP season, rumors about potential candidates continue. Luca Marini was the most recently speculated name.
However, the Italian has already stated that he will not change teams. Quoted by the site GPOne.com, Marini emphasized that he has a valid contract with the Mooney VR46 Racing Team, without clauses, and is pleased with the results:
– If the rumor were true, I would be happy, but I already have a contract with VR46 and there is no clause to use. In any case, I am already very satisfied with the results we are achieving with the team, and in 2025 we will aim to continue in this direction.
