A few days before the start of EICMA 2023, VOGE presents the final version of the model that was introduced to us at EICMA 2022.
Compared to the model we saw last year at EICMA 2022, we do not notice any particular differences. The style is that of a modern Maxi Enduro: sleek lines, pointed front end, and for the two-cylinder off-road, a 21″ wheel.
VOGE’s project is very ambitious, aiming to compete with the most iconic European and Japanese models. The equipment must be complete and the engine must be exciting. The DS900X has a 4-stroke twin-cylinder engine, capable of delivering 93.8 hp at 8250 rpm and 95 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm. The data sheet indicates a maximum speed of 200 km/h.
In addition to a good engine, the DS900X is equipped with a remarkable electronic package: electronic throttle, cruise control, Quickshifter electronic gearbox, ABS, and four riding modes. The suspension has a long and adjustable travel, so it can also handle rough terrain and more demanding passages. In the front, we find a 21-inch spoked wheel, fitted with a 90/90 tire. In the rear, a 150/70 on a 17″ wheel. The new Adventure is geared towards travel and seems to be packed with options. Among the many options are heated seats and grips.
Unfortunately, we still do not know at what price the DS900X will be sold. If it can position itself well in the market, could it intimidate the most iconic Maxi Enduros?
