The Yamaha news for EICMA 2023 is not over yet, and after the XSR900 GP, MT-09 and MT-09 SP, and the new Ténéré Explorer and Extreme, it’s time for urban mobility with the new RayZR, a scooter that combines stylistic personality with functionality and low operating costs.
With a reliable Blue Core 125 four-stroke engine with Power Assist for faster acceleration and Start & Stop system, it is a lightweight scooter, weighing only 98 kg. This makes it the lightest scooter from Yamaha. However, it offers the protection and comfort of a small GT. It has a wide double seat and a 21 L helmet compartment.
The footrest is flat, the lights are LED, and the instrumentation is simple but functional LCD, as is the spirit of this RayZR. The combined braking system consists of a 190 mm front disc and a rear drum, on 12″ and 10″ wheels, respectively. Yamaha’s declared consumption is 1.8 liters per 100 km.
The price will be announced soon.
