At Eicma 2023, the top-of-the-range brand of the Keeway Group – MBP – presents a new and beautiful entry in the mid-displacement adventure motorcycle sector: the new MBP T502X.
This new adventure is equipped with a liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine, which delivers 47.6 hp at 8,500 rpm, perfectly matching the requirements of the A2 driving license. The maximum torque provided by the twin-cylinder engine is 43 Nm at 6,750 rpm.
At first glance, the bike has a strong presence and the ground clearance does it justice. The MBP T502X is equipped with a 180 mm inverted fork and, at the rear, a 170 mm shock absorber with adjustable preload. The standard tires are Pirelli 110/80 R19 tubeless at the front and Pirelli 150/70 R17 – also tubeless – at the rear. Bringing this new adventure to a halt is a J.Juan brake system, while the declared weight is 195 kg dry, to which we must add the 16 liters of fuel tank capacity.
The new MBP is very attractive in its aesthetics, undoubtedly helped by the original equipment that should not be underestimated. In fact, we find engine guards, hand guards, fairing protectors, exhaust protectors, fully LED headlights, and a color TFT screen. To conclude, the wide handlebar set and an adjustable and vertically positioned windshield.
