The arrival of TVS Motor Company in the European motorcycle market in 2024 marks a significant step for the brand, which until now was restricted to Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
It can be said that TVS has been present in Europe for some time, since taking over Norton in 2020. But their new European distribution agreement means that TVS branded motorcycles will now be present in Europe for the first time starting in 2024.
TVS will begin selling electric and combustion motorcycles in Europe from January 2024, including: TVS Jupiter 125, TVS NTORQ, TVS Raider, TVS iQube S, TVS X, TVS Ronin, TVS Apache RR 310, and TVS Apache RTR 310.
This is made possible by a new distribution agreement with Emil Frey, which is an unfamiliar name for those who are not very fond of GT3 car racing.
However, away from the racetracks, Emil Frey is one of the largest importers and distributors of vehicles in Europe, and “will be responsible for distributing TVS products in selected countries, using its sales, marketing, and service networks,” TVS states.
