Marc Márquez was the highlight of the last day of MotoGP in 2023, with the Spaniard making his debut at the wheel of a Ducati, and one of his, if not the greatest rival ever, said he believes #93 will be ‘very dangerous’. We are of course talking about Valentino Rossi, who expressed excitement to see how Ducati will handle this rider, not forgetting that he himself wants one of his riders, at least, to have the best tool at their disposal.
Even before the tests, Rossi told GPOne that he was excited to see how the Spaniard would perform, immediately stating that he expected him to be very strong: ‘Marc’s arrival will be very interesting to see. Just as it will be interesting to see how Ducati will manage him. Marc will be very dangerous and our team will have to be in top form’.
Next, he focused his attention on one of his riders from the Mooney VR46 Racing Team, who stood out this season, Marco Bezzecchi, a rider who in the last round also did not have the kindest words for Márquez:
– We expected Ducati to give us the factory bike. In fact, we defended Bezzecchi tooth and nail. However, we hope there is little difference between the GP24 and the GP23, trying to fight for the championship with Bezz.
