Minutes before the confirmation of Trackhouse Racing in MotoGP for 2024, MotoGP announced that, in conjunction with the entities involved, it had reached a friendly agreement with CryptoDATA.

The year 2023 marked a period of transition for the RNF team. From the beginning, DORNA and CryptoDATA set clear goals, which, for CryptoDATA, culminated in an agreement where CryptoDATA took control of the business side of the RNF team and became the majority shareholder.
CryptoDATA successfully achieved the established goals, ensuring that the RNF team was able to navigate successfully through the challenging moments it faced.
The DORNA, IRTA, and RNF were able to amicably resolve their differences that arose in the latter part of the 2023 season. Although the RNF team will not participate in the 2024 MotoGP season, DORNA and IRTA wish RNF and CryptoDATA the greatest success in their business endeavors.
The Championship recognizes and appreciates the technological feats and innovative capabilities of CryptoDATA, hoping that in the future we can continue to collaborate and create synergies between our organizations.

– We appreciate the involvement that CryptoDATA had in MotoGP. During our collaboration, CryptoDATA contributed to MotoGP with an impact on various fronts. In addition to being the main sponsor of the Austrian GP, CryptoDATA became the majority shareholder of RNF and helped it overcome difficult moments in a very short period of time.
Bogdan Maruntis, co-founder of CryptoDATA and Director of Global Strategy: ‘CryptoDATA’s goal was never to get involved in the sporting aspect of the RNF team, as it is not our field of activity. However, we saw an opportunity to get more deeply involved in the realm of motor sports and decided to help the RNF team overcome their situation’.

Currently, CryptoDATA has achieved the proposed business and marketing goals in MotoGP and will focus on our main goal in the technology industry.
