Jaume Masiá’s title was greatly celebrated within Honda, as the young rider managed to surpass the power of KTM motorcycles.
‘We deserve this title like few others. It was the title that made us sweat the most,’ declared Leopard’s director, Christian Lundberg, to DAZN.
The Spanish rider, on the other hand, did not hide his emotion for this great achievement. ‘It’s an incredible feeling, many years fighting and training, not knowing if I could continue racing or not. I want to thank the whole team for the confidence they gave me, everyone, my parents, who did everything for me. Everyone helped me a lot,’ pointed out the new Moto3 world champion.
