Only three rounds remain in the MotoGP World Championship season and everything is still up for grabs in the title fight. It is increasingly narrowing down to Francesco Bagnaia and Jorge Martín.
With two wins in the Thailand GP, Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) has shortened the gap to leader Bagnaia (Ducati) to 13 points. With a weekend worth 37 points, anything can happen until Valencia.
Further back is Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team/Ducati), in third. The Italian is 79 points behind the top, but also has a relatively comfortable margin of 61 points over Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM).
The South African is now 51 points ahead of Aleix Espargaró (Aprilia, who regained fifth place from Johann Zarco (Prima Pramac/Ducati). Further down, Fabio Quartararo is the top rider for Monster Energy Yamaha and has risen to ninth, while the highest ranked Honda rider remains Marc Márquez: he is now in 14th place, after overtaking Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team/Aprilia). This is the second consecutive GP where the Portuguese rider loses a position in the World Championship.
