Sepang is the next challenge for Francesco Bagnaia on the path to renewing the MotoGP title. The championship leader arrives at the Malaysian GP with a 13-point advantage over Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) with only three rounds left in the season.
The Italian Ducati rider has shown confidence for the upcoming weekend, considering the progress made in Thailand and the good feelings he usually has in Sepang:
– I’m excited to return to Sepang! It’s one of my favorite tracks, where I’ve achieved important results in the past. In the last Thailand GP, especially in the race on Sunday, we were able to find the speed and the right feeling to be competitive. I’m confident that we will be able to find them again immediately here. It will be crucial to be strong in qualifying again to start at the front in the race. The weather will be unpredictable as always, but I’m not worried about it.
