The start of the World Superbike Championship is just weeks away, and Honda has announced the launch date for its factory team.
The event will take place on February 10, with an online broadcast starting at 10h00 (CET time). During this event, the newly updated CBR1000RR-R Fireblade will be unveiled.
The rider lineup remains unchanged: Iker Lecuona and Xavi Vierge will continue their partnership, which began in 2022. Together, they head into their fourth year with the same team.
Honda aims to fight for top positions, and while the past few seasons have been challenging, there were glimpses of hope toward the end of 2024.
Lecuona and Vierge consistently fought within the top ten during the closing stages of the season, with Lecuona securing four top-five finishes in the last four rounds, including a podium.
