After a (long) hiatus, AMA Supercross is back to kick off the 2024 motorcycle sports hostilities. Right after the start of the Dakar, Anaheim welcomes the AMA 450 and 250 riders at Angel Stadium.
With 17 rounds, there is a lot to race for this year and the excitement is high, with all eyes on the Lawrence brothers – champions in 250SX in their respective regions last year, as well as on Chase Sexton, winner in the 450 class.
However, there are some significant changes: with Sexton on KTM, Eli Tomac will have the company of Cooper Webb on Yamaha, and the Honda team will have the Lawrence brothers for the attack in the 450 class.
This is just the “tip of the iceberg” among everything that has happened in the past few weeks, but the wait is almost over.
