There are about two months left until the start of the new MotoGP season, in which Francesco Bagnaia will defend the title. Raúl Fernández excludes himself from the list of candidates, considering that he still does not have the arguments for it, and pointed out four riders who could be in the battle.
The Spanish rider from Trackhouse Racing gave an interview on Adriiianef’s Twitch channel, where he said: ‘In MotoGP, I will never put myself in the bets, I think we are not there at the moment, I need one more year of work and, above all, to understand everything well, it is a year to enjoy again and fight. I think it can certainly be between Pecco, Enea [Bastianini] has potential and Marc [Márquez] can be, Jorge [Martín] can be there’.
Last year, the fight was between Bagnaia and Martín, extending until the last GP. In 2024, one of the strong incentives is the arrival of Márquez at Gresini, where he will ride a Ducati, seeking to return to the fight for the top positions after the last few years have been complicated at Repsol Honda.
