This was a weekend that Tom Vialle will not forget, as he achieved his first podium in AMA Supercross 250. The Frenchman, former MX2 world champion, is in his second season in America, and in Arlington he finished third, setting new goals for himself.
In a team statement, the Frenchman spoke about his race and how not everything went well at the beginning, but the situation went well in the main race of the day:
– We are happy to be on the podium and excited about the result. I had a good day, except for my crash in practice, which affected me in the heat race, so it wasn’t good for the gate pick. I was able to ride well throughout the Main Event, it’s fantastic to get my first Supercross podium and now I want to fight for the win – that’s the goal from now on.
