Marc Márquez begins a new chapter in his MotoGP career this year with Gresini and riding a Ducati. However, old physical problems may be haunting the six-time world champion of the premier category once again.
GP Mag writes on social media: ‘A reliable source confirmed to GP Mag that Marc Márquez’s main problem is not the lack of adaptation to the Ducati, but rather the condition of his right arm, which has been operated on four times since 2020’.
There is no official comment or confirmation from the team or Márquez, but GP Mag is a reputable publication licensed by MotoGP. The rider also recently admitted to the-race.com that his arm is no longer as it was before the accident in the 2020 Spanish GP – and that he had to undergo four surgeries between 2020 and 2022.
