After saying that the current Honda motorcycle is not ready for Joan Mir and Luca Marini, Alberto Puig emphasized once again the need to work in many different areas and that the team is working hard in that direction.
‘We understand that the motorcycle is a package. It’s not just in aerodynamics that we need to work. We have to fix other areas of the bike. Nowadays, you can’t just fix one thing with these motorcycles. We think we can improve in some other areas,’ said the Team Manager of Repsol Honda Team quoted on the official championship website, revealing that there is still more to do and above all the direction to follow:
– We are trying to understand what the best options are for having a plan. We don’t have a closed plan yet. The program will be interesting and useful for the development of the motorcycle.
The championship starts in Qatar from March 8th to 10th.
