Many people say that Pedro Acosta is probably the greatest talent in MotoGP in recent years, and judging by his adaptation to the premier class, he may well be, as it seems according to Nicolas Goyon, who once again praised the rookie.
The Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 Team Manager spoke about the tests in Losail and said that the team is ready to start the season: ‘The second day in Qatar marks the end of an intense and busy MotoGP pre-season test. We feel ready and excited for the first race after many days of testing. Both Pedro Acosta and Augusto Fernandez have done a huge amount of work over the past two days,’ he began by saying before talking about the team’s newest member:
– Our rookie Acosta continues to impress the entire paddock with very fast lap times and his ability to learn MotoGP quickly. He has worked hard and completed all the test tasks we had to complete, in addition to having done an really impressive race simulation in twenty-one laps. He is only nineteen years old and has only spent ten days on a MotoGP machine, so we are extremely happy to have him with us and we can’t wait to see him race.’
