Marco Bezzecchi had a dream season in MotoGP in 2023, finishing third in the championship and securing his first two victories in the premier class. It was also a year of learning – especially because it was only his second in MotoGP.
The Italian from Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team spoke about the lessons learned in 2023, also emphasizing that he will have to continue working and improving even more:
– I believe that last year was special – the first time with the Sprint, but also with the new schedule and everything was different. I learned to try to work in the best possible way, but also in the shortest possible time. This was certainly the most important thing. But I improved my riding style, improved tire management, and also greatly improved braking. I am very happy with these kinds of steps. But as always in sports, especially in MotoGP, you never stop improving. So I can’t sit still, I have to keep working.
