Fabio Di Giannantonio impressed in the last rounds of the 2023 MotoGP season. His performance improved considerably, he achieved his first victory in the premier class and ended up securing a place in the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team for this year.
The Italian spoke about his goal for the new season: ‘Certainly my goal is to grow as a rider. So, for sure, it is to improve on all the performances I did last year. The end of the season was fantastic and the goal would be to start from there – consistently be in the top five.‘
That being said, Di Giannantonio is now focused on the tests to prepare as best as possible: ‘It all depends on how we start the tests in a few weeks. The focus now is just to arrive as prepared as possible in Sepang, then try to correct some things for Qatar and then try to be as prepared as possible for the Qatar race.
