After winning the World Championship in 2023 with the talented champion George Hemingway riding the Beta TR3 125 and the excellent performances of the riders Matteo Grattarola in TrialGp and Andrea Sofia Rabino in GP Women, here is the 2024 model. Improved and full of technical innovations to be even more effective and compete at the highest level, both in 2 and 4 strokes.
The technical evolution of the new 2-stroke bikes concerns both the engine and the frame; we know that the Factory series leaves nothing to chance, as this year we find magnesium alloy crankcases with black treatment, as well as black anodized engine oil plugs, but the true innovation is found in the clutch, which now has discs with edges to ensure better performance even at high speeds. Not least, maintaining the same diameter and stroke values, we find new Meteor pistons and a crankshaft with a shorter interval between pins, all to ensure the best possible performance. Highlight for the titanium exhaust that guarantees a considerable weight reduction (about 600g less for the 250 and 300cc).
For the 4-stroke Factory models, a new electronic control unit ensures greater spark stability with consequent improvement in combustion at all speeds. For all of them, the new titanium exhaust, lightweight and efficient.
The frame of the new Factory series includes forks with TiN surface treatment in gold color, not only pleasant to the eye but also very smooth, and a new link for the rear shock absorber, now more progressive in its movement. New billet machined and anodized blue steering plates, ensuring a weight saving of 100g compared to the standard ones. The rest is made up of many competition-inspired details, such as chain guides, handlebar caps, and black anodized footrests, red silicone cooling circuit tubes. Galfer braking system in the competition version with BrakTec master cylinders and finally, new Morad wheels anodized in blue. Nothing is missing from a series of bikes destined for the most important and selective competitions, Beta continues to prove that it is one of the undisputed protagonists in this segment.
