Francesco Bagnaia termine son contrat actuel avec Ducati en MotoGP à la fin de cette année, mais sa continuité avec le constructeur de Borgo Panigale semble de plus en plus être une question de temps avant d’être confirmée.
According to Marca newspaper, both parties are willing to sign the renewal, with the two-time world champion of the premier class being the “priority” dossier in terms of renewals. The duration of the new contract – two years – also seems to be consensual. The economic aspects are also close, apparently, with Bagnaia in favor of the policy of not paying astronomical salaries, preferring bonuses based on results.
The idea of Ducati is to close the new agreement in an early stage of the year, but not necessarily before the start of the season in March. At the moment, negotiations are still ongoing, but it is certain that when the renewal is resolved, there will be tranquility and focus to think exclusively about the work with the bike and on the track.
