Aprilia might reveal its new Tuono 457 at the EICMA show within days, and hints have already surfaced about what to expect from the new motorcycle.
The Tuono 457 is the street naked version of the RS 457, featuring a 457 cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 46.9 hp and 43.5 Nm of torque. This makes it suitable for A2 license holders. It comes equipped with a six-speed gearbox.
Unlike the RS 457, the Tuono 457 features a different handlebar, as shown in a recent teaser that reveals a single-piece handlebar instead of clip-ons. The side fairings are absent, but the wheels, USD telescopic fork, and monoshock are expected to remain.
The front end will include aerodynamic winglets below the LED headlight, complemented by a pair of LED daytime running lights. According to Car&Bike, the Tuono 457 is anticipated to be unveiled at EICMA as early as next week.
