The MotoGP tests in Sepang have already ended and Miguel Oliveira finished 18th on the final day of work in Malaysia. Like almost everyone else, he set his best lap of the week this Thursday.
In a phase where times are still secondary and not very indicative of a competitive hierarchy, the main focus of Trackhouse Racing’s Portuguese rider will have been to continue working on his personal preparation and that of the Aprilia RS-GP for the new season.
With a total of 51 accumulated laps, Oliveira stopped the clock at 1m58.000s on his best attempt. With that, he was 1.318s behind the leader, Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati), who was one of the riders to go below the official Sepang circuit record.
